The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 来自浙江的骑手余立昊，拔得此次赛事的男子甲组头筹。目前，他已参与了三年多的山地车运动。余立昊介绍，他最开始接触的是公路自行车项目，后来发现山地自行车可以征服更多意想不到的地势环境，有更加丰富的骑行体验。“今天，我利用技术在下坡和过弯环节与后方选手拉开差距。”余立昊说：“对于业余选手来说，还是建议大家多骑多练、保持热爱。”(完)
