The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 此轮清理行动范围广、力度大、针对性强。以浙商银行和南京银行为例，前者公告明确指出，对截至2024年10月31日连续两年及以上未发生存取现、汇款转账等主动类资金交易，且账户余额(含金融产品)小于等于10元的个人银行账户(包括I类户、II类户、III类户，不含信用卡)进行清理；后者则强调，经营状态异常账户、一人多户等在符合相应清理条件下将被纳入清理范围。

防范电信网络诈骗风险也是此次清理行动的重要驱动因素，长时间不活跃的账户可能成为非法资金的流动渠道。天眼查数据研究院有关负责人表示，从小微企业司法案件涉及的金融信息来看，一些不法分子利用经营状态异常的企业账户实施违法犯罪活动。因此，银行有必要加大力度对沉睡账户进行清理，防止不法分子利用这些账户进行欺诈活动，降低风险发生的可能性。

董希淼建议，针对非法出售、出借、购买银行卡或支付账户的个人或机构，应采取更为严厉的措施，如暂停其银行账户非柜面业务、限制其使用微信和支付宝支付等，并将其失信行为纳入中国人民银行征信系统等，以进一步提高其违法成本；还应建立动态监测机制，对信用卡等卡片业务进行实时监控，及时发现潜在风险并采取相应措施进行干预。
